With over 10 years' experience across the aged care, NDIS and RTO sectors, Luisa brings extensive operational, compliance and leadership expertise to the organisation.

Having successfully managed teams within the Australia Post Head Office environment for over a decade, she has developed strong capabilities in business operations, staff leadership, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.

Complementing her industry experience, Luisa holds qualifications in Marketing and Advertising, along with a Diploma in Frontline Business Management. Her professional focus is centred on maintaining high compliance standards, delivering quality service outcomes and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

With over 24 years of experience in health and fitness, Perry is an evidence-led lifestyle coach specialising in strength training, body composition, and healthy aging — holding qualifications from Holmesglen Institute, Loughborough University, and the CHEK Institute.

He has coached clients across Australia, the UK, and India, including high-profile individuals and people with injuries or age-related limitations, bringing a rehabilitation-informed approach to every program.

Perry's holistic philosophy integrates physical training, nutrition, and mental fitness to help clients age well and live with strength and vitality — underpinning Trinitee's NDIS wellness offering.
