Cindy brings extensive experience in the commercial furniture industry, with a strong background in project coordination and client relationships.
Over the years she has worked closely with corporate businesses across a range of sectors, tailoring solutions and functional environments.
Cindy's passion is about helping people — she believes that quality care starts with compassion, trust and genuine human connection. As a business owner she is committed to impacting the community positively, and plans to establish her own charity to help underprivileged families.

Luisa Ferrazzola
With over 10 years' experience across the aged care, NDIS and RTO sectors, Luisa brings extensive operational, compliance and leadership expertise to the organisation.
Having successfully managed teams within the Australia Post Head Office environment for over a decade, she has developed strong capabilities in business operations, staff leadership, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
Complementing her industry experience, Luisa holds qualifications in Marketing and Advertising, along with a Diploma in Frontline Business Management. Her professional focus is centred on maintaining high compliance standards, delivering quality service outcomes and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
